Saint Patrick's Day is a religious holiday celebrated on 17 March.

It honors Saint Patrick, the Patron Saint of Ireland.

It is said he used the shamrock to explain the concept of the holy trinity, God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit were three parts of the same divinity.

LEPRECHAUN

CATCH A LEPRECHAUN!!    

   ¡ATRAPA A UN LEPRECHAUN!

Irlanda es el país de los Leprechaun. Son zapateros, aunque sólo fabrican zapatos para uno de los dos pies. Nadie sabe si para el pie izquierdo o para el derecho, pero eso no es importante, porque de todas maneras ellos reciben muy buenas monedas de oro por su trabajo. Monedas que ellos guardan con desconfianza a los ojos de los humanos, pero que gastan con generosidad en sus fiestas.

Grandes botas para cazar,

zapatillas para la casa

Zapatos blancos de boda y rosas para bailar.

De este modo, puntada a puntada

Hago un zapato, sólo uno

Y me hago rico con cada puntada

Miles de monedas de oro tengo guardadas

Soy un Leprechaun, ¿has visto tú alguno?

Si tienes suerte de ver a uno de ellos y atraparlo, entonces… la fortuna te sonreirá. Pero es muy difícil verlo y atraparlo. Te puedo dar una pista:

Si estás atento y después de un día de lluvia esperas escondido a que aparezca el arco iris en el cielo y te fijas en el punto exacto en el que sus rayos toquen el verde suelo de Irlanda, allí, allí mismo, encontrarás el tesoro de los Leprechaun, y sus noventa y nueve ollas llenas de oro serán tuyas para siempre.
